Our members interests are Aircraft, Armour, Sci-Fi, Cars, Ships, and Figures in all scales.
Many of our members build and write for model magazines such as Scale Aircraft Modelling, Fantasy Figures International and the IPMS Magazine.

Some of our members have also joined the Airfix Group Build featured on the Hyperscale website.

'IPMS (UK) Scale Model World 2022', the IPMS Nationals, held at Telford.
This was our eightenth year of attendance to Scale Model World, we were displaying alongside IPMS Barnet as usual.
We all had a splendid time over the three days at Telford and were joined by Mike, Paul and Richard our overseas friends from the US.
We visited RAF Cosford on the Friday, as usual!
During the Friday, Saturday and Sunday we continued our theme of spending money.
Many new kits were available and we all had a very enjoyable time.
In the competition Raf Sikorski won a Gold Medal, Best Armour and Best in Show and was declared IPMS UK National Champion with his scratch built 1/48 1914 Tsar Tank.
He also won a Gold medal and Best Civilian with his Trumpeter 1/35 MAK Fire Truck and a Bronze Medal for his scratch built 1/24 Benz Motoren-Wagen.
Roger Brown won Silver in Scratch Built Sci-fi for his BLF-100 tank and a Commended for his scratch built 1/600 Alien Derelict.
Jeff Roberts won a Commended for his sci-fi diorama.
Nick Hooper won Gold for his 1/48 Hawker Kestrel.

This show is to be held on Sunday 14th May 2023,
at the Mosquito Museum, Salisbury Hall, London Colney, St Albans, Herts, AL2 1BU.

'Mildenhall Scale Model Club Show'
The Mildenhall Scale Model Club Show is to be held on Saturday 20 May 2023,
at the Jubilee Centre, Mildenhall, IP28 7HG

'IPMS Avon Model Show'
The Avon Model Show is to be held on Sunday 6th August 2023, in conjunction with Lincombe Barn Wargames Society.
The show is being held at the Thornbury Leisure Centre, Alveston Hill, Thornbury, South Gloucestershire, BS35 3JB

'Chiltern Model Show'
The Chiltern Model Show is to be held on Sunday 10th September 2023,
at the Weatherley Centre, Eagle Farm Road, Biggleswade, Beds, SG18 8JH.

'St Ives Model Show'
The IPMS Brampton Model Show is to be held on Sunday 24th September 2023,
at The Burgess Hall, Westwood Road, St Ives, Cambridgeshire, PE27 6WU

'IPMS (UK) Scale Model World', the IPMS Nationals 2023
The biggest model show in the World will be held on Saturday November 11th and Sunday November 12th 2023,
at the Telford International Centre, Telford, Shropshire, TF3 4JH
Our club theme has not yet been decided, just like all previous years, but there will be flying saucers.
